Hi
we can open and login to website today we got error “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare unicode_chars() (previously declared in /home1/aastacad/public_html/mall4her/wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/traits/base.php:93) in /home1/aastacad/public_html/mall4her/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/theme-functions.php on line 951”
we down php to version 7.4 but still same issue
can u check pls

are you downgrade theme version ? it ask to update to new version 8.3.8
i will update or not
also header is disappeared and issue in footer not show and single product sidebar hide pls check whats happened

Hello,

XStore theme is updated and the Core plugin also.
Do you use child or parent theme before the update? Activate that theme.
About the Footer, go to Appearance > Widgets > set widgets to correct areas.
