Fatal Error - by DanaLG - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I updated Legenda to 2.8.1

The update for the Visual Composer will not work, it locks up the site.

I went to 8theme.com and downloaded the latest plugin(s) and then uploaded it via FTP.

When I try and activate it I get this:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare hex2rgb() (previously declared in /home/eshpadmin/public_html/wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/theme-functions.php:4586) in /home/eshpadmin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/helpers/helpers.php on line 1169

It is conflicting with the Theme.

I have deleted the theme, re-downloaded it and installed it, but I get the same fatal error. I have deleted the plugin several times. Nothing seems to work.
