Hello,
I love that question contact form in your demo page:

I just installed Contact form 7 – but I have no idea how to set it right the same way as you did..?

Hello,

You need to create new page with row which is contains two columns using Visual Composer.
Add to your first column FAQ element and to second column text element with your contact from shortcode.

how did you get the border around the FAQ contact form and the header with dashes on the side?

Hello,

To add border around the form edit the column, where your form placed, and add Extra class name content-box
To add such type of title we used shortcode [title heading="4"]Ask your question[/title]
