Fake Sale Popup page can not save the changes

Hello, I made some option changes at Fake Sale Popup tab (Enable “Hide out of stock products”) but after I save the changes everthing normal. It looks like saved but when I go out and come in it turns the default options. Please help me to save my option changes.

P.S. All other 4 tabs on Sale Booster working good. I have made option changes at al other 4 tabs and saved with no problem and works fine.

Hello,

There is no such problem on our test site. Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

I have the same problem. I make changes and it doesn’t save the information on the front end. The other sales booster work fine but the fake sales does not allow for any changes.

Please provide URL of your site, temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

If the solution works for you then here are the details of the issue ->
Sometimes in newest php versions emoji chars which are shown in locations textarea PHP ‘understands’ as constants and makes an error on saving. So just remove flat emoji in that area and save -> https://prnt.sc/jEozUBxq_T0o ( no country emoji flags are in textarea).
