Topic: Fake Coupon Creation on Website - by R

For the second time in 1 week, I’ve seen 2 random fake coupon codes in my coupon section of my website. I have deleted both but then noticed a customer make a purchase online today and was able to somehow get 40% off their total purchase. After googling my site name and coupon, I’m coming across sites that are offering coupon codes & discounts on my website. How is this happening as I only given myself and xstore support access to my site. Please help. Thanks you.

WooCommerce version: 5.5

Hello,

Our theme does not have any coupon options. The coupon option is the WooCommerce option and maybe if you use any additional plugin for these purposes then check also plugin permissions. We even did not visit the coupon section.
