Failure Installing a Xstore Premium Theme

I can’t upload a premium theme on my WordPress admin account. The error shows “Incompatible Archive”

1/ We kindly request that you review and adhere to the instructions provided in our theme documentation, which can be found at the following link: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/12-theme-installation.

2/ Should the problem continue to occur, we would appreciate it if you could furnish us with your site’s WordPress admin credentials and FTP access details within a secure, private content area. This will enable us to investigate the issue further and assist you with the theme installation on your website.

To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
