Hello,

As I see the mentioned plugin is installed but it is old version. Try to install Ultimate Addons for VC via FTP with overwriting existing wp-content/plugins/ultimate_vc_addons folder. Here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ you can download the latest plugins versions.

I updated it with FTp but i still get the notice that it is not installed.

Hi there, not sure if this is the right place to post this query, but i am having the same issue my visual composer has not been working for little while, as far as i am aware i am using the most upto date version of the these and the plugin?

Any help with resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @jonesgemma,

Please update the theme to the latest version and check issue.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

Hi there, we have done this and it hasn’t worked.

when using chrome console, I see this error:
