Facing buffering issue on homepage as per attached video

I am referring to the buffering issue that client’s end users are facing with website as attached in the video, and when we try to navigate the same category or any page on the website the buffer time is relatively less.

1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

2/ Ajax speed depends on server response time and DB structure. Theme sends requests to your DB and waits for a response. So, if it’s slow, please try to speed up the server response time.

We recommend the following steps to improve its performance:

1. Optimize Database Queries – Ensure that your queries are well-optimized and indexed properly.
2. Enable Caching – Implement caching mechanisms to reduce load times.
3. Reduce Server Load – Check your server resources and optimize them accordingly.
4. Minimize Unnecessary Scripts – Disable any unnecessary scripts or plugins that may be affecting performance.
5. Check for Errors – Review your browser console and server logs for any errors that might be causing delays.

Hello, Rajat Gajera,

The reason for the behavior you experienced when selecting “Women” in the search and “Clothing” in the filter is due to the fact that there was only one product matching this combination. As this is a search results page, WooCommerce automatically redirects to the single product page when only one result is found.

To prevent this from happening, there needs to be at least one more product that includes “Women” in the title and is assigned to the “Clothing” category.

We have now added the “Clothing” category to the following product, and the filter is functioning correctly:
