    Dear @Mk,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    During our review of the page source code, we noticed that custom proportions (width/height) had been applied globally to images on the homepage. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/HemajQVdL3qr.

    Additionally, upon inspecting the Banner element, we identified an incorrect implementation of custom CSS. You may view the issue here: https://prnt.sc/YJjbL9bn49f1.

    We have addressed and corrected the issue accordingly. Please see the updated implementation via the following link: https://prnt.sc/X1gwwSObT8B0.

    We kindly invite you to review the changes and check the results on your end.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Dear @Mk,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the issue with the flag image has been successfully resolved. Regarding the section offset issue, we have addressed it by disabling the “Stretch Section” option in Elementor, as it appears to function incorrectly in the RTL (Right-to-Left) version. You can view the related screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/Yv0dUEAaZkkE.

    To maintain the desired layout, we have implemented a custom CSS solution to replicate the stretch effect. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/QYSgVi4Dquaa.

    We kindly ask you to clear your website cache and review the changes. If the solution meets your requirements, you may apply the same CSS approach to other sections where the “Stretch Section” option is used.

    Here is the custom CSS code we applied:

    selector {
        left: 50%;
        margin-left: -50vw;
        margin-right: -50vw;
        max-width: 100vw;
        position: relative;
        right: 50%;
        width: 100vw;
    }

    Should you have any further questions or need assistance with implementation, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hello @Mk

    You can add next custom CSS snippet:

    .rtl .elementor-element .swiper-button-next {
        right: auto;
    }

    .rtl .elementor-element .swiper-button-prev {
        left: auto;
    }

    Check the article about correct placement for custom CSS:

    Dear @Mk,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to kindly bring to your attention that we previously shared a reference regarding the optimal placement for global CSS additions. Unfortunately, it appears that this information may have been overlooked, as the custom CSS was added in the same location as your previous entries, rather than in the recommended area.

    For your convenience, please refer to the following article which outlines the correct placement for custom CSS:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/optimal-placement-for-custom-css-code/

    Please note that the CSS in question is global and not specific to a particular widget. Therefore, it should be added either to the child theme’s style.css file or via Theme Options, as detailed in the article above.

    Don’t forget to clear your plugin’s cache and cache in browser before checking the results.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter.
