Hello,
I am having troubles with Facebook Login. I have already tried the documentation guide and still not working. Could you try so you can check the error please? I have tried with google and still can’t find the problem.

Hello,

Make sure that you enabled all the necessary settings according to the docs https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/facebook-login/ and added Valid OAuth redirect URI
Or add our user (web.8theme) to list of the developers and we’ll check the settings http://prntscr.com/tidtso

Hello,

What is the max input vars limit on your site? Could you, please, contact your hosting provider and increase that limit to 3000-5000? After that try to log in using FB. If you still have the error after that then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site + server error logs.

Hello,

I see that you have replaced the default Elementor prefix to etr. And a number of rules in the .htaccess files http://prntscr.com/tn5339 It causes missing JS and CSS files http://prntscr.com/tn54oh

It’s not related to our theme. This is something that you customized.

Did you installed “WP File Manager”? I try to mantain my site clean as possible. How do I know that when I delete that plugin it will not leave any unnecessary file?

Hello,

Yes, we installed that plugin to check the files. You can disable and remove it. It won’t affect anything.
