Hello,

I attach a screenshot of the issue. A new line of text appears below the shipping methods and we’re unable to find and remove them.

Could you please advise us on where is the setting to hide/change text?

Please check the shipping settings of WooCommerce plugin or contact WC support about it.

Hi Rose,

Thank you very much for your response!

The text is populated from the address field, please refer to the screenshot. However, this is the screen when a guest client is on the website and proceeds to the cart. “Haskovo” is selected by default from the theme, maybe because this is the registered address of the compan in the website.

We’d like to not have it prepopulated and not to see the text by default when the client hasn’t provided any details yet or at least to see the country and not the placeholder city. Where can we control this from?

We are theme support and we are able to help you only with issues related strictly to our theme, questions related to default WP or WooCommerce options are outside the scope of our support.

If you enable the default WooCommerce theme Storefront and check the cart page you’ll see the same http://prntscr.com/un7i81 It means that issue is not related to our theme. So, please, contact WooCommerce plugin support to get help with your question https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
