Extra Space Showing above the Top Header

Hi Dear

I am designing my site with X-Store! If you see the attached screenshot, I see an extra grey space above the Top Header! Could you help you remove the extra space! I am not sure where it comes from!

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

Dear Luca,

Thanks for the assistance. I could see the extra unwanted space are removed from home page above the top header. Thank You. But again, I can see the same in the cart page below the cart details. Screenshot also attached. Would be grateful If I am getting the assistance on this.

Dear Rossi,

Here are I am sharing you few points that are what I am experiencing some issues.

1. There is horizontal scrolling happening on the website. Let me know if you can assist with disabling this.

2. In mobile, The All Categories and Birthday Cakes section in the home page slides are not working. I tried slide the products, but it’s not working. Sometimes the issue happens in Desktop version as well.

3. In the same home page, in mobile, under Birthday Cakes, there will not be no space between two cakes even if space enabled and also same in desktop version, the space between the products seems to be huge.

4. Any possibility to make edits in the Thank You Order received page through Theme Options.

Please clarify on these points and if need further clarification my side, I will share.

1. We have reviewed your website and did not observe any horizontal scrolling issues. Could you kindly provide us with a screenshot or specify the exact page where you are experiencing this problem? This will help us better understand and address the issue.

2 & 3. We recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. You can find a list of the officially supported plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. Once you have deactivated the additional plugins, please clear your browser cache and check the site again. It is possible that one of the external plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem continues, we suggest switching to the Parent theme, especially if you are currently using a Child theme. After switching, please clear your cache and review the site once more. The issue may be related to custom code within your Child theme.

4. For further guidance, we recommend reviewing the following articles:

Dear Rossi,

Thanks for all the clarification.

For point no.1, I see on mobile device, sometime ok and sometime show the horizontal scrolling and on the desktop, I see the scrolling all the time. Attached screen recorder of mobile device.

Point No. 2 & 3, Yes I see it’s fine now. As I have deactivated the Cache plugins I used and checked, it’s working fine.

Point No.4, regarding Thank You Page, thanks for sharing the reference articles, I will go through and try to learn and sort out. Any further on this, I will let you know.

So, kindly confirm what I can do for the horizontal scrolling. I am not sure if it’s temporary or causing any issues from backend.
