Hi,

We are getting extra space on top and bottom of the mobile banner.

Hello,

Nope because fix requires changes in theme and core plugin files. We need access only to wp-contet folder of your WP installation. So, you may create limited FTP access to that folder only if you don’t want to share access to the whole root directory.

Now we get “EAI_NONAME – Either nodename nor servname provided, or not known” error.
Could you, please, tell me IP of your host to use it like host name?
