Hi , i am using tm extra product options and it is not showing any data with order page, and it is problem with some theme setting, it was working before on my woodmart theme,
I recently contacted TM team they investigated it and told me pro elements is conflicting this issue,.

    their reply
This issue occurs due to a conflict with the “PRO Elements” plugin. When active, it interferes with our plugin’s ability to hook into your theme’s AJAX data submission process. As a result, the selected options aren’t added to the cart, meaning no options are saved when an order is placed. To resolve this, I’ve deactivated the “PRO Elements” plugin—

    Dear @umer,

We hope this message finds you well.

In order to ensure the proper functionality of the “Add to Cart” action, we would like to suggest a couple of potential solutions:

    1. You may consider disabling the AJAX “Add to Cart” option. This will allow the action to work with a page refresh, thereby ensuring that all additional product data from third-party plugins is correctly saved and passed to the cart. Please refer to the following screenshots for clarification:
    – Settings: https://prnt.sc/4ShVy5We1euq
    – Result: https://prnt.sc/eZvXLiDmSfXA

We have currently disabled the AJAX “Add to Cart” option on your site so that you can test this functionality.

    2. We are in the process of optimizing and completely restructuring our theme’s AJAX “Add to Cart” functionality. If you are interested, we can provide you with a test version of the updated archive. This version includes improvements that may resolve the issue while keeping the AJAX option enabled and supporting third-party plugin data in product cart.

Please note that this is a development version and may contain some bugs. Therefore, we strongly recommend testing it on a staging environment before applying it to your live site.

We look forward to your feedback and are happy to assist further.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
    The 8Theme Team
