External link of WPML Language Switcher for one Flag

I’d like to customize the behavior of the language switcher for the Deutsch (German) flag only. Specifically, I want it to link to an external website while keeping the behavior of the other language flags unchanged.

Is there a built-in filter or hook in the XStore theme that allows me to modify the URL for the Deutsch flag in the language switcher of WMPL? If so, could you please provide guidance on how to use it or suggest a code snippet for achieving this customization?

I appreciate your assistance in implementing this feature, and any help or insights you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
