    Hi,
I have to transfer my website in another server.
I export all content and imported in this server, but when I open pages in the backoffice are all empty.
There isn’t trace of the layout I have created before in my server but I see on browser.

So, there’s a way to export the templates I have created and export in this new installation?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Did you import database file on a new server?
You must create database back up and restore it as well.

    Regards,

I read on visual composer forum that without “templatera” addons it’s impossible to export custom layouts.

I have installed templatera and works

    I need help.
It seemed Templatera solved the problem, but nothing. I see the pages in browser, but the backoffice not.
I have no access to database..

    Hi,
I think this error was due to my continuos attemps to import contents in wordpress.
The problem is that I see the pages I have imported, but there’s nothing in the backoffice.
See this screenshot of this page in private content
