Exiting and Previewing Page Display Issue

Hi,

When we are editing the theme in Elementor and we then Exit/Preview the page we encounter the page with links all messed up and a javascript display error along with it even though it’s enabled.

Hello,

Be attentive, don’t post private information out of the Private content area because it will be visible to all the users of the forum. Only content that you place in Private content is visible to the support staff only, so I’ve edited your reply and moved access to the Private area.

1/ Update the theme and Core plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update

2/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

Hi,

We’re still experiencing the same issue when we try to exit/preview changes. The page is messed up and links are all over the place. Can you login and have a look. There aren’t any plugins additional and we updated the Core. Thanks.
