Etheme _ Brand s Parameter Problem error

hello all,

I do not know why it does not work.
I can not select the brand. it always comes an error message. Can you look for the error please and fix it :/

in the private area the URL but it’s about the backend..I just need to add the brand there because of product catalogs….

In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please provide us with temporary access to FTP. This will allow us to further investigate the issue and provide an accurate solution. To provide FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
