Hi, today I updated the et core plugin from 1.2.6 to 1.2.7 and it broke my site.
All other plugins are updated all right.
    Do you have a fix?
I had to rename the plugin folder and now the site works partially.
Under the products it says: “To use this element install or activate XStore Core plugin”

    Hello,

Make sure that XStore theme is updated to the latest version on your site https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
Provide us with URL + temporary wp-admin (username, password) and FTP access (host, username, password, port).

    Regards

Xstore theme is updated to the latest version.
But when I tried to update the core plugin through the WP update plugins page, the site broke.
Is there a bug with core plugin 1.2.7?
I restored the et core plugin back to version 1.2.6 and now everything is working again.
Should I wait for a new version or should I do something else instead?

    Thank you

    Hello,

If you use XStore 5.6 XStore core 1.2.6 won’t fully work ok. So, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check why the new update causes issues on your site.

    Regards

do you have an email to setup the account?

btw the revslider 6.1.0 update also caused the site to break down and I restored that too

You can use any email for the temporary wp-admin account. Here is our email – 8themes@gmail.com
Contact your hosting provider to get temporary FTP access (host, user, password, and port).

    Hello,

Sorry, I don’t understand where we should find the FTP access. Use the Private Content area to add FTP host, user and pass.
Also, you are using the Cloudflare CDN, it means that scripts and styles are cached and update won’t work as it should without clear the cache. So, login to your account http://prntscr.com/oynxle to allow us to clear the CDN cache.

    Regards

    Hello,

We used our own password for the admin panel. I don’t remember the first one that system offered to us. Provide also FTP password in Private content, please.

    Hello,

Ok. Finally, we are able to connect to your server but you provided access to plugin folder only. Change the destination folder to wp installation because we need access to wp-config.php file to enable wp debug.

Working day of our developers if finished, so they will be able to check tomorrow only.

    Regards

    Hello,

Probably you did not update all the files of the theme because once we enabled the new version of the core plugin we got a fatal error that was related to code of the old version, we checked the files and out of date code was there, it is not possible if files would have been updated.
We have re-uploaded the new version of theme and there are no errors after that.
