Essential Grid not working - by balirina

Hello dear support team,

essential grid seems not to be working. The page on which I added the shortcode doesn’t show anything. Also when I try to add the settings of any Grid template, when clicking on the different tabs (Source, Grid Settings, Nav-Filter-Sort, Skins, Animations…) in setting nothing happens.

Hello,

As I see you are using old version of “Ultimate Addons for VC”. I’ve disabled it to check Ess. grid settings. You need to update “Ultimate Addons for VC” plugin to the latest version, you can download it here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . After updating select post categories for the “skyette-hoover” Ess. grid.

I uploaded the new version of the “Ultimate Addons for VC” plugin. Ok the grids seem to show posts now.

But, I still can’t change anything in the settings of Essential Grid. When I click on anything in the screenshot below, nothing happens. e.g. when I click on “Source” nothing happens.

Hello,

Try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check Ess. Grid settings.
