Hello, I have an instagram feed displayed through Essential Grid that is suddenly displaying an error even though it has been working for weeks and the instagram name is input correctly. I read that it was an error between the instagram api and essential grid that essential grid has corrected in its latest release. Do you know when the next update of the Woopress will be available with an updated essential grid so that the error does not display? Thank you.

I have provided login details below, however I don’t think it’s an individual problem as I’ve researched it and it’s a problem that requires the update of essential grid to fix. There was an issue with essential grid version that is currently a part of the theme and the instagram api. So instagram will continue to fail until the theme is updated with a new version of essential grid. Thank you.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    Please update theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/installation_upgrade
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files (it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package).
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code and SKIP Setup Wizard.

Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ (To update free plugins just click on update link from your Dashboard (Plugins > Installed Plugins). To update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/).

    Regards
