Hi again,

Yesterday i wrote you with some troubles with my ess grid.
You Tell me to update the plugin ESS. I did it but it doesn´t works yet.
I upload all the files (4) after import all the demo data.
But i can´t setting the grid.

I need to resolve it.
I tried all but i don´t know how to resolve it

Hi Eva,

No i only import all the demo data and after that i uploaded one by one the 4 archives and them later i overwrite them.
I think that this is strange too.

I follow all the steps like in the video demo in your youtube channel.

Hi Eva,

We re-installed again the theme and the plugin but the problem persist.
I need a solution please, because i have this work stopped for this issue and i can´t do more things on the website.
You have my FTP credentials. Could you try to do it?

Hello,

There is an error on your site:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes) in /home/sanla/www/wp-content/plugins/essential-grid/admin/views/elements/grid-settings.php on line 1231

You should ask your host to increase memory limit.
