Essential Grid – can't add new filter to existing grids

    Dear Support,

    I have an existing, working grid in Essential Grid plugin, it is listing my woocommerce products by some of the slugs. Recently I created new slugs and tried to add to my grid as usual, but it seems there’s some bug with the plugin, it shows that new slugs are added, but nothing happens with the grid. I’ve made a lot of grid earlier but I have never met with this issue until now. The selected slug becomes blue-backgrounded in the “Select Filter” panel, but after adding, it stays blue, however earlier the added slugs became grey and appeared on the preview panel too. Tried to edit the slugs in two browsers and by my phone’s browser, but there’s no success. Could you please help me, is it an existing problem with other users too, or just am I making something wrong?

    Wp-admin access in Private Content. The name of the grid what I’m trying to edit: “Swarovski”

    Hello,

    Your problem was related to Start with Filter field http://prntscr.com/liby64 I have changed the slug to what you want to display and don’t see any problem with the grid element.

    Dear Olga,

    I was absolutely wrong when I started to find and add filters on Nav-Filter-Sort tab, however I would had to do it on the Source tab… sorry, I was the dummy one 😀
