    Hello,
I’ve got a very weird problem and can’t find a solution.
The problem: Essential Grid 2.1.0.1 doesnt work properly. When I click on Source > Custom Grid in the Essential Grid Settings , it shows all streams (that should be in the stream tab). The streams are all shown, one after the other (normally it should only show the selected stream but not all of them). also in the stream tab, the streams are all shown. And in the preview, there are only blank image placeholders. With version 2.0.9 all works fine.
    Here is a screenshot: http://www.bilder-upload.eu/show.php?file=086324-1470853869.jpg
Also, in the Essential Grid Global Settings, clicking on any button has no effect at all – nothing is loading.

The weird thing is that this problem only exists on my “main website”. The test website (subdomain of the main page) is a copy of the main page but here it works.

Here is what I did until now:
    – Deactivated all plugins except essential grid & woocommerce > problem was still there
    – Switched from childtheme to parent theme > problem was still there
    – Switched from parent theme to standard theme > FIXED
So I thought its a theme problem but I didnt understand why the problem only exists on the main website as the test website uses the same child theme.

So I made a complete copy of my test website’s database and uploaded it in the main website, made a fresh installation of royal, royalchildtheme and essential grid, but the bug was still there.
I contacted the Essential Grid authors but they told me to contact you.

So I hope that you have an idea what could cause this bug?

    Many thanks in advance!!

    Hello,
just found your answer now. I dont get any notification emails although i’ve checked to get noticed…anyway – I really dont get it. Now I deactivated all plugins, cleared the cache, reactivated them and now it works. I did this at least 5 times before without luck. Strange. I will keep an eye on this and will come back to you as if this problem happens again..
