Hello, I have a problem with essential grid. Whatever settings I choose in ‘Grid Settings’, in front, they don’t apply, all the images have the same display, and when I click on an image, it becomes very small, if I choose to click on another image, no X sign is shown at the top corner and I can’t ever close the zoom. Can you please help me with this problem, what am I doing wrong?

You can see what I am talking about on my website valyboiciuc.com

    Thanks

    Hello,

I don’t know what problem you are talking about. My problem is with ESS Grid, as I said in the first post. On homepage, when I click on the images to show it full size, it only appears a very small image and I can’t close it or anything. Wherever I click on the page, the image doesn’t close, I can only click on the magnifying glass to open up the other images, and that’s it. I made a video also that describes this problem. It happens in Chrome, IE and firefox.

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.
I’ve enabled “Close” button in the Essential Grid settings > edited “Home” grid > “Ajax” tab > Ajax Navigation.

Please clear browser cache and check the page.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I’m sorry but the problem is not solved, I cleared the browser cache. I still have the same problem as in the video above.

    Hello,

Please check the site now. Use some other browser.
    Now it’s shown correctly:

I used IE, Firefox and Chrome and it doesn’t work for me. I mean it works just fine, but only the first time I access the website. If I click on some other pages of the site and then I click on the home page, it doesn’t work anymore. So if I access it a second or a third time it doesn’t show correctly, only the first time it’s ok. I also tested the home page on mobiletestme.com, and there I have the same problem, when I click on an image it is all messed up.

    Hello,

Very likely this is plugin bug. You need to contact with plugin author to solve the problem, because it does not work even with default theme.

Hello, how can I contact the plugin author? When I access the ticket for ESS GRID: https://themepunch.ticksy.com/submit/

They ask for the purchase code and I don’t have it. Can’t you contact the author because you have purchased the plugin and have the purchase code?

    Thanks

    Hello,

You can contact the plugin authors via comments http://codecanyon.net/item/essential-grid-wordpress-plugin/7563340/comments .
Sorry, but we don’t provide extended support for the plugins included in our theme.
If you want to get support via ticket system you need buy a license as described in our documentation:
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/external_plugins > 2.5 Activation and Purchase Codes.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
