    Hello,
I’m having a lot of errors in my console on my product page. I’ve tried to figure out how to fix them, but one problem is due to poor development: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<‘.

There’s another one that’s due to a Google font that doesn’t have the correct domain name, but I can’t figure out where to change it, knowing that we’ve never used that font.

There are also 404 errors on all the pages, which I don’t understand since the page displays correctly.

There are also duplicate code issues, however, I didn’t add these pieces of code twice, so I don’t know where they’re coming from.

Do you know how to resolve these issues and if they’re really a problem for the site, particularly for loading speed, as my site is taking a long time despite our optimization efforts?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello @Deborah,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing the source code of your page, we noticed that custom JavaScript scripts have been added within the HTML widget content, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/n8rSldy2eSvZ. These scripts appear to be causing issues both on the front end of your pages and in the browser console.

Please note that this code was added manually and is not part of our theme’s default codebase. Therefore, we kindly recommend that you or your development team review the custom code, make the necessary corrections, or temporarily disable it to resolve the issues.

Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Yes, I found the DOM errors and the “Uncaught SyntaxError”, which is due to our software Active Campaign.

However, the icon errors are due to a manifest issue that I can’t find.

There are also an error from Google fonts which is integrated by Elementor. The link path is from the test domain name, while we are no longer in test so it makes a mistake. Do you know how to change the link by chance ?

    Thank you for your reply.

    Hello @Deborah,

Regarding the issue with Google Fonts integrated via Elementor: it appears that the font link is still referencing the test domain, which is no longer in use. This can cause errors in loading the fonts. We have encountered similar cases in the past, and the solution involved manually editing the CSS files on the server. Specifically, we replaced the old domain name with the new one in the relevant CSS files, typically located in the uploads/elementor/google-fonts directory (or a similar path).

You are welcome to make these changes on your end. However, if you would prefer our assistance, please provide us with FTP access via private content, and we can help.

As for the issue you mentioned regarding icons, we were unable to clearly understand the problem. To assist you effectively, we kindly ask that you provide more details—such as screenshots, a video, or a more detailed description of the issue.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
