Hi, I have updated a theme to the new 6.3.7 and in XStore child theme some content (with pics) created in WPB is not visible on a web page, however I can see it and edit in front & back end editing mode (including pics themkselves). + some of the displayed elements are displayed without selected styles.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

We would like to help you but we can’t without checking your site frontend and backend.
Maybe you customized something in the child theme that caused that error, maybe you enabled some option that caused that – we can’t tell you for sure without link to your site and temporary WP Dashboard access. So, please, make your site live and provide access to your backend.

Also, provide screenshots of the hidden content for better understanding (you can use Lightshot screenshot free tool to share screenshots).

    Regards

Well, it’s really starnge I put it online and it works fine, I did nothing just export and import a web-site. Localhost still has this problem and it starts when I simply update the theme.
That’s how it looks on the web-site https://prntscr.com/tda513
That’s how it looks when I edit a page https://prntscr.com/tda57v

    Hello,

Probably some JS error appears in console or any other reason, not sure. We can’t detect the problem by screenshot only, unfortunately.

    Hello,

Do you use any cache plugin? Such error appears for the sites with the plugin, server or CDN cache. Clearing of the cache resolves the issue.
