Hello!

I have a problem when using shortcode [contact_form]. On page appears the contact form, but click send message goes “Error while ajax request”. Can you help me?

Ok!
1. Problem when using shortcode [contact_form]
2. Problem uploading file .json 2.1 and 2.2.
3. Problem to create a page wich visual composer and move element is frezze and not move.

Hello,

We can’t log in to wp-admin panel. Please check the credentials.
Please contact your host and ask them to enable allow_url_fopen function, then try to import .json files again.
I’ve updated Visual Composer and Ultimate VC Addons plugins for you. Please check how it’s working now.

I dont know because it adds “amp;” in password.

Please delete amp; and put the rest content in password.

The host says:
– You need to change it in the php.ini file or .htaccess file.
– Should be in the webroot in your file manager.
– It says its enabled by default on php 4.3 and above so it should work no problem.
– Unfortunately i am not a coder and this is something that does have to be coded into your site.

Could you help me to change the file? I do not have much experience in this =(

I’ve enabled allow_url_fopen function, but please note this is related to your host, not the theme.
Please try to import .json files again.
