Hi,
The following required plugin is currently inactive: XStore Core Failed
Can you help me please?.
There is not any other plugin installed.
I started from the installation .

I never connect with FTP only with WP-admin.
Is not possible to solve the problem only with the access to wp-admin?

Hello,

We’ll be able to install XStore core plugin via Dashboard (Plugins > add new) but we won’t be able to sort out why it gives you error when you try to install the plugin via XStore > Plugin installer.
Ans it strange but we can’t open the Dashboard anymore https://prnt.sc/v9vhyl

Do you have cPanel access? Maybe provide us with cPanel if you don’t have the correct FTP access.

Hi Olga, thanks for your patience.
It seems that the problem was one of memory. I have already solved it with the server and for the moment the rest of the installation is correct. I have not had any more errors.
Although I have a question: what theme do you suggest for a travel agency?
