Hi,
I’m trying to insert in the footer of my page a map with our office location, but it’s not working.
I created an static block where I load the google map module (the one with the red icon) and activate the api key through the ultimate google maps option, but nothing it’s shown.
I have checked the browser console and it appears this message:
ReferenceError: google is not defined[Saber más] delgadoespinosa.ibiscomputer.support:1098:5
And also:
TypeError: this.events is undefined[Saber más] schat.firebase.js:380:13
The url is: http://delgadoespinosa.ibiscomputer.support/ and it should be shown at the footer in the black box.
The template it’s updated to the latest version: 3.0.2.1 and also the plugins are updated (I don’t know but some of them appears twice in the plugins page.
Thanks
Alberto
Hello,
Is your problem solved http://prntscr.com/f6xot0?
Please update Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/

Rose Tyler.
Hi Rose!
I have updated the plugin but still the same.
Making test I have discovered that it works if in the loaded page the same visual element composer is loaded, if I don’t use that in the page the static block doesn’t load the map element correctly.
In our homepage there is a map in body of the page (section our hospitals), if you disabled it then the maps at the footer (static block) stop working.
Is there any way to correct it?
Also, I think I have something work with my modules. I have updated the “Master slider pro” and “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” through ftp and now they appear twice in the plugins list. Yo can see here (https://prnt.sc/f98ii8), but they still appears as the old version, maybe the problem is there?
Thanks!!!
Hello,
If you use elements of Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer plugin in footer or sidebar, you need to enable “Include styles from “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” on every page” options in Theme Options > General.
You can disable and delete old plugin versions then upload new via FTP or wp-admin.

Rose Tyler.
Thanks Rose! That works perfect.
About the plugins, the “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” still appearing twice. I deleted a file called “Ultimate_VC_Addons.php” in the plugins folder and dissapears. I think it was from a previous bad ftp transfer.
Thanks again!
(I don’t know how to mark it as solved, can you do it?)
