When I add more products in the cart and I push the button, every time the quantity increase of 2 and not of 1 quantity each clik

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If you are using child theme, make sure that your custom changes in files are not reason for the issue on Cart page.

I tried to disable every plugin but the trouble is always there in my cart but also in the others place were it is possible add more quantity of procucts
