Good day,

I have just encountered this error when trying to edit this website.

(Xstore) This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.

Please could you advise on what steps I can take to repair the theme.

Please update the theme and Core plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update

Thank you, but I am unable to update theme and it says xstore core is up to date.

Hello, Tamara,

You are using the 9.1.9 version of XStore, the latest one is 9.1.11. Please update the theme, as described in the documentation it can be done via Dashboard or via FTP.

My humble apologies – I had just downloaded 9.1.9 a few days ago and didn’t notice the recent update to 9.1.11.

This seems to have resolved my problem. Thank you kindly for your super fast assistance.
