Hi support,

Having an error below when viewing the WP sites or even editing them. Please advise. Thanks

Please check your ftp credentials as we cannot login and also provide us with wp-admin credentials.

I was unable to locate theme files and fix error. Please provide me with ftp credentials and path to the installed wordpress with our theme functioning.

Hello,

Are FTP credentials used for the correct FTP account? In that account I see 3 themes available, but in wp-admin panel of http://www.accorex.com/demo/ there is only one theme and it’s “Twenty Twelve”.
Please provide us with FTP credentials for the site http://www.accorex.com/demo/ .

For the FTP, use “Encryption: Only use plain FTP(insecure)”. Its working in my end. Thanks.

Also, tried to install a the theme in a different folder and still having this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home1/****/****/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/theme-functions.php on line 2968

Hello,

This error might be caused by changing php version on the server. Please contact your hosting provider and ask to update php version to 5.3 or higher.
