Hello,

Dashboard > WooPress > Theme Options > Styling.
Make sure that all required plugins are activated – https://8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/Plugins/Included_Plugins

I have done a test on another test page and it becomes transparent when I update the theme from version 6.3.1 to 6.3.2

Hello,

We’ll fix it in the next theme update. Use the backend options http://prntscr.com/vgkej6 till we release the theme update to fix the customizer styles.
