Hi why the theme options were suddenly eliminated? there is no longer the logo is back to the previous settings, as can happen that should not happen because the site is online and the customer complains.
I await your urgent response and hope to resolve as soon as possible.

Hello,

As I see you’ve not upload the logo image in Theme Options->Header.

I have now restored the theme options I had for exported luck, but how come all of a sudden you lost everything?

I don’t know what exactly you changed before.

We recommend make backup of the site every time before making changes.

here it happened again and change theme options has again set the previous logo and all previous settings you try to see and enter the cms

Also you’re using old theme and plugins versions.

Please update the theme to the latest version.

Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.
