Hi

I have a problem in my website with firefox.

When you access the page from firefox, images are not displayed. I’ve checked it from several versions, the website works ok, but images are not displayed.

In Google Chrome for example or IE, works perfectly.

Hello,

Please try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/external_plugins), clear cache and then check.
If it won’t help, provide wp-admin access in Private Content.

Hello,

Problem is caused by your child theme because once I enable parent theme everything works http://prntscr.com/hkemhj http://prntscr.com/hkemvk

So, check the code of your child theme and find out what part gives this issue.

Hello

I activate the parent theme, but the problem continue. In firefox images are not displayed, and carousels of products doesn´t works properly.

Also comment that we have not edited internal code of the orignal template, and our child theme only have style.css.

Parent theme is updated to the latest version.

Hi

I restored theme and plugins to a old version and now works perfectly.

Something with new versions was giving a trouble of compatibility.

Hello,

It’s very strange because new version should not give such issues. Provide me FTP access to your site, I’ll try to update it for you in right way. Also tell me if you have any server cache or maybe CDN?
