Sir, the theme license appears as ‘Activated’ at https://www.8theme.com/account/, but it is not showing up in my website’s dashboard.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please let us know what happens when you enter the license to activate the theme in your panel?
Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/how-to-registerderegister-xstore-theme-livestaging-websites/

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
The license is already showing as active on my 8theme account dashboard with my domain:
https://uupgrade.in
But inside my WordPress XStore panel, it still shows “Theme is not registered”.
When I enter the purchase code and click “Activate Theme”, nothing happens / it does not activate properly.
I already deregistered and rechecked the domain from my 8theme account, but the issue still remains.
Please help me fix this issue.
Website: https://uupgrade.in
Thank you.
Hi,
We appreciate your prompt response.
The problem may be caused by a third-party plugin or cache.
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hi,
I would like to explain the issue more clearly.
Along with the theme license problem/error, I have also noticed an important rendering/schema issue on my website.
When I test my website in Google Rich Results Test:
https://search.google.com/test/rich-results
many product details created/configured through the XStore theme are not showing properly or loading correctly in the preview.
For example:
* Product images
* Price
* Product description
* In stock status
* Merchant listing details
Sometimes large blank/loading areas appear in the rendered preview.
Because of this, I am concerned that Google bots and Google Merchant Center may not be able to properly detect/render my product data.
I think this may also be related to the current XStore theme license issue or a theme/plugin conflict.
Please check whether:
* XStore theme rendering,
* theme license validation,
* schema generation,
* lazy loading,
* cache,
* JavaScript conflicts,
* or third-party plugins
are preventing Google from properly rendering product information.
I would like these product details to load/render correctly and quickly for Google bots and Rich Results tests.
I have provided temporary wp-admin access in the private content section.
Thank you.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We have successfully activated the theme without any issues, so it appears that the problem was related to your browser cache.
Regarding your new question, we kindly ask you to create a separate topic on the forum.
At the moment, the Rich Results Test is still detecting valid structured data correctly:
Product snippets
Merchant listings
Review snippets
Article schema
This indicates that the schema itself is being generated successfully and Google is able to read the required structured data.
Regarding the blank areas or loading sections inside the rendered preview:
the Google Rich Results Test uses a simplified mobile rendering environment and it does not always fully render JavaScript-heavy layouts, sliders, lazy-loaded sections, animations, or dynamically injected content exactly as a normal browser would.
In many cases this behavior is caused by:
lazy loading of images/content
deferred JavaScript execution
optimization/cache plugins
CDN optimizations
third-party scripts
product gallery/carousel scripts
performance optimization settings
external requests blocked during Google rendering
and not necessarily by the schema itself.
Since the structured data is detected successfully, this usually means Google can still access the important product information even if some visual sections appear blank in the preview renderer.
However, to ensure maximum compatibility with Google bots and Merchant Center, we recommend checking the following:
temporarily disable JS optimization/defer/delay options
temporarily disable lazy loading for product images
clear all cache/CDN cache
test with third-party plugins disabled
check browser console/server logs for JS errors
ensure product data is rendered in initial HTML where possible
At this moment, based on the screenshots, the issue appears more related to rendering/optimization behavior rather than broken schema generation itself.
