Error mobile Menu - by mrtruko - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hey, I have a problem with the menu, when i click a link in the menu using url=#id anchor= #ID does not close the menu after clicking it it leaves it open. I dont need the webpage to realod since im using one page style. This only happends on the mobile version. If there is a simple way to fix this? Thanks in advance for the help.

Hello,

Please try to disable all 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check.
If the situation won’t change please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access so we could check a reason of such behavior.

Here is the info btw i did disabled 3rd party plugins it still wont hide when click on a menu item.

Unfortunately, the wp-admin credentials are incorrect. Please check them.
What Hostname should we use?
