Error message "media not installed" after importing demo

    Imported ‘minimalist outfits’ demo to a fresh wordpress installation. The message “Minimalist-outfits installed! But we have some errors: media not installed” message. The system requirements check shows everything is sufficient. What should I be asking my hosting provider to do?

    Check the site. Does it look ok or some images are missing?

    I’ve only just imported the demo, including the demo content.
    There are some images that are not there, when I compare it to the live demo site

    Hello,

    If you want to import all the images you may try to launch demo import again but instead of full import choose media only https://gyazo.com/536f65186963c6a88eea299c0dd882b1
    This demo has a lot of images and probably the system reached the time limit during images import. If you face the same error after media import then provide WP Dashboard access to your site.

    thanks this is resolved, I reset the db and re-imported. Looks ok now.

    Hi, I have the same problem but not solved even tried to just install media only.
    What can I do to increase the system time limit?

    Hi,

    Contact your hosting provider to get help with the increase, it is server side.

    Hello WEN YEN , please the support has not answered me for 2 days, can you tell me how you solved the problem? on the side of my host everything is ok, the problem comes from the theme and the demo
