Error: jCarousel and arrow down/arrow up problem on product pictures

    Hello!

    We are having problems with the theme in combination with the Email Inquiry & Cart Options Plugin (from a3rev). Email Inquiry doesn’t work on 50% of our product pages.

    An example (the button “Produktanfrage” is the inquiry button):

    The a3rev support says it’s an theme problem:

    With the products with no arrow down/arrow up at the product pictures gallery there is no problem. When there are more pictures an the is an arrow down/arrow up area the Email Inquiry Button doesn’t work anymore.

    When there are up and down arrows for the product pictures theres a javascript error from the idstore theme:

    Error: jCarousel: No width/height set for items. This will cause an infinite loop. Aborting...

    Hello!

    I know, but what about the jCarousel Error? This has nothing to do with the third-party plugin.

    It appears only in “universal” Single Product page layout.
    The “default” Single Product page layout theres no problem. But we don’t want this layout.

    Hello,

    I’ve added this code in custom.css file in Appearance > Editor:
    .jcarousel-list li { height: 50px; }

    Please clear browser cache and check pages after that.
