Hello guys,

Please I need help about this condition when installed Xstore Organic01 Version :
“media not installed 🙁

The most common errors happened by low server requirments, we strongly recommend to contact your host provider and check the necessary settings.”

I have increased the memory limit for wp-config to 128MB.
Is there any other solution?

Hello,

https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements – go to Dashboard of XStore to see your current values, for example – https://prnt.sc/qgqebc Your hosting provider should be able to help you increase required values.
If all media items can’t be installed automatically, we can help you and upload some missing images manually. Please provide us with temporary wp-admin access.
Make sure that you have the latest version of the XStore theme (6.2.5).

The system have been checked and cleared.
WP File System: direct direct
PHP version: 7.0 7.2.25
WordPress version: 3.9 5.3.2
Memory limit: 128M 512M
Max execution time: min (90-120) 120
Max input vars: min (1000-2000) 2000.

I give the temporary
Upload max filesize: 10M 128M
../Uploads folder: writable writable
OpenSSL version: 1.0 1.0.2
GZIP compression: enable enable
file_get_contents( ): enable enable
wp_remote_get( ): enable enable

My Xstore version 6.2.5. I have installed again from early step. I wanna you to help me import Organic01 version for my web theme.

I provide you with temporary wp-admin access in private content area. Please kindly help me.

Hello,

Please check your site now. Before starting import you need to make sure that your server meets the XStore theme requirements and that all the third-party plugins are disabled. Import demo content and enable third-party plugins only after that to avoid any issues with the import process.
