Hi, i´M WORKING with vc but i can´t set or modify a background color, when i change a color set all in white background. and all row are misaligned

I was using a save template, and when i modify this template in new page, visual doesn’t work.
can you help me? thanks

Sorry to insist, but I can not finish my project since the composer visual errors. When i use a save template does not allow me to do changes, starts showing errors such as: misaligned rows, delete background colors …
i appreciate your help to find out if I’m the one who makes mistakes or is plugging
