Error in TinyMCE Editor: et_mce_button Plugin Fails to Initialize

Dear XStore Support,

I’m experiencing a critical issue with the product description editor on my WordPress site using the XStore theme. When I try to edit a product description, the editor fails to load, and I receive the following error in the console:

Failed to initialize plugin: et_mce_button
ReferenceError: et_variation_gallery_admin is not defined

The error seems to originate from this file:
/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/assets/js/mce.js?wp-mce-49110-20201110

This issue prevents the product description field from showing or being editable in the backend.

As advised by the plugin support team, I’m forwarding this to you for investigation. I’ve attached a screenshot of the browser console for your reference.

Hello,

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
