Hi I’m receiving the following error when I use the ajax search (and other functions too):
Undefined index: format in /var/www/html/wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/theme-functions.php on line 1855, referer: https://www.thegroundcarecentre.co.uk/
Let me know what details you require in order to diagnose.
Many thanks in advance!
Hello,
Please specify where you see that error and provide us with FTP/WP admin panel credentials in Private Content.

Eva Kemp.
Hi
I see it in the developer tools in chrome in the network response and in my php error log when I try to use search.
Details of wp admin etc in the private content.
Thanks
Adam
Hello,
May I reupload theme files?
Have you made any changes in the source files?
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
I am taking a backup of the server now then you can do anything you wish.
Feel free to try in 5 minutes or so once the server comes back online.
Many thanks
The backup is complete so go ahead.
Many thanks
Hello,
Please take our apologies for delay.
We contacted our developers to check the issue with AJAX search on your site. We’ll let you know results as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding.

Hi there,
This issue seems to have been fixed on the most recent update, though I am still experiencing difficulties with filters. I have applied a filter to this page but it does not seem to be appearing.
If you use the details provided above, you can see that I have Lawnmowers (https://www.thegroundcarecentre.co.uk/product-category/lawnmowers/) and garden power tools (https://www.thegroundcarecentre.co.uk/product-category/garden-power-tools/).
On the left hand side, for lawnmowers, I have lawnmower type as an attribute for the products and a Woocommerce Layered Nav to filter by the lawnmower-type attribute.
This works exactly as expected. Now I’ve set up another set of attributes for the garden power tools called power-tool-type but the filters are not appearing. I have checked that:
a. the attributes exist under woocommerce > attributes
b. the correct attributes exist and are applied to the products
c. a layered nav item is added to the shop side bar navigation item
What am I missing? The filters simply do not appear!
Thanks,
Adam
In addition, if I go to the search and enter “chain”, 3 products appear underneath (as expected) and a link to view the products. If I click the link, it shows all the products that match “chain”. However, if I go to the search and enter “chain” then press Return / Enter on my keyboard or click the search button, it only shows me 3 products and gives me an error.
Thanks
Hello,
Please check if the same issue persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront https://www.woothemes.com/storefront/ .
I’ve disabled Search Results template. Clear browser cache and check search form now.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hi there, yes it seems to do the same with that theme too which suggests it is the install.
How am I best to create a new copy of wordpress / woocommerce and ensure that all attributes / products / settings etc are transferred across in your experience?
Thanks
Hello,
If the problem persists with default Woocommerce theme too, then it’s related to products set up, not to our theme. Seems you made something wrong.
We recommend you to contact Woocommerce support to check this issue as Filter widgets are configured by them.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
