Error in setting up - by joycela - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    I have managed to install the theme, however during set up it has hung on the installing demo content for at least half an hour and now my website is no longer working.

    When i go to my site, it says “currently unable to handle this request”

    How should i go about this?

    Should i delete the theme from FTP, if so where should i go?

    Appreciate some help.

    Hello,

    Looks like some fatal error appeared. Could you, please, provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access to your site. We’ll check what could be the reason of your problem.

    Hi Olga,

    I couldn’t afford the time to wait and has deleted the theme and reinstalled.
    Choosing not to install the optional plugins and everything went well.
