    hello,
I am having continued issues trying to import the demo media content.
I upgraded my server to a business plan with higher specs and its still not working.
I have contacted support for my server and they assure me its not an issue on their end.

Is there a way I can manually download the media content? I cannot see any Demo content downloads anywhere?

specifically for the theme Minimal Fashion 2

    Thanks.

    Hello, Davec,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We will re-import demo content for you to see the reason for the problem.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Hello, Davec,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

We’ve disabled 3rd-party plugins and imported demo content.
You can activate plugins now one by one, but do not activate unrequired plugins (read plugin description) because every additional plugin slows down the site a bit.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Best Regards,

Hey Rose, Just another small issue.

Im trying to edit the shop page which is an elementor page.

Its not loading and then ends up with an error:

“Sorry the content area was not found in your page
You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template, in order for elementor to work on his page”

I have tried clearing cache like elementor has suggested and its still the same.

    Thanks

    Hello, Davec,

Please be informed that the Shop page serves as an archive page for products and, as such, is not editable via Elementor by default. You need to use the builder – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/

    Best Regards,
