The problem probably with your email. We’ve checked it with our email address and the mail was delivered successful. Try to use another email address.

Hello again,

I tried 5 email accounts, and does not reach any e-mail account or to any folder (spam).

The problem is not of my email accounts, there must be a configuration error or programming.

It is a very important thing to fix and does not work every day we lose potential customers.

Please give me a solution,

Hello,

The contact form works fine with our email addresses, including gmail.com. We recommend you to check logs on the server of your email account.
Are you checking your mail with some mail client or web interface?
Try to use web interface.

Hello again.

I’ll never get to any e-mail (gmail, yahoo and msn)
I checked my mail via web and nothing.

I just put two more different accounts and nothing.

My emails are not the problem (I have tried many accounts).

Reenviame the e-mail that comes when you say you put your e-mail,

Please try to deactivate all 3rd-party plugins and check the contact form again.
