    Hello,

Is Core plugin activated on your site? Do you use the latest version of XStore Core plugin (1.2.2)? https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
Have you made changes in template files?
Do you use a child theme? Is there the problem if the parent theme is activated on the site?
Please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    Regards

    Hello,

No, XStore core plugin was out of date http://prntscr.com/o02ugk

Don’t see any error when you use recommended in previous message version 1.2.2. Read the support answer more attentive next time and follow the recommendations.

    Regards
