Steps taken to re-create the error:
1. Navigate to product archive page
2. Click customize
3. Select widgets
4. Click on Woocommerce Sidebar
5. Side options load and then
6. then this error message: The editor has encountered an unexpected error.
here is the error message:

1/ To customize the Widgets & Custom Widget Areas, please navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar area in your WordPress dashboard. There, you can manage the sidebar widgets and make the necessary modifications. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/widgets-custom-widget-areas/
