ERROR AJAX ELEMENTOR DON´T UPDATE OR SAVE AND WP BAKERY DONT WORK

    Good morning !
    I get in touch with you since two days ago I was working normally on my new website and elementor stopped working correctly yesterday.
    in chrome console I get errors from admin-ajax.php and it gives me timeout with the server however when I deactivate the core it works fine.
    I have to say that this development is under a host and to see the web you should change your host file
    greetings I hope answer!

    Hello,

    1) Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site and tell us what host should we use to check the site?
    2) Contact your hosting provider and ask about server error logs. Provide us with these server error logs for period when your site stopped working.

    2) What about server error logs?
    3) I see that the WPBakery plugin is already installed. Do you use it in combination with Elementor? Or it can be removed?

    4/ What page are you trying to edit while getting that error? Provide us with link.

    Hello,

    Fix the server errors first and check if it helps. Our support can help you with the errors related to theme files but not to server settings, sorry. Your hosting provider support should be able to help you with that.

    In addition, you have PHP memory limit error http://prntscr.com/tqgzk7 So, increase the memory limit because it seems that Elementor requires a lot of memory to save the changes.

    Also, disable all the third-party plugins that you don’t really use. Every additional plugin uses the server resources.

    Hello,

    Sorry, but we found that if Rank Math SEO plugin is enabled then the error appears and everything works fine when it’s disabled. And when we tried to disable the plugin we got timeout error http://prntscr.com/tqho7t So, contact plugin developers.
